ProjectWare Dashboard is a mobile and cloud based collaborative team management platform designed to manage customer projects and actions.

ProjectWare incorporates team and task scheduling, documents and issue management, and cost and time management.


  • Manage customer programs and projects

    ProjectWare offers easy deployment and access by customers, sales, support team members.

    Add new customer programs, within these add projects and then add and track actions within these projects.

  • Manage customer collaboration teams, actions, contractual commitments, key resources, documents, issues

    Create project templates documenting best practices listing project actions, inter-dependencies, relevant documents key resources to implement project.

  • Create actions, track action status

    Actions or tasks may be created under projects. These actions appear as colored 'Action Buttons Dashboard' tracking commitments and flagging status of completion as well as flagging issues. Dashboards are offered for tracking schedules and for tracking cost and time budgets.

    Provides automatic and continuous work guidance to team on required work completion percentages..

  • Update action status

    Team members may edit tasks within projects updating work completion status and completion dates. Cost and time resources spent on the task may be updated.

    Tasks may be also be assigned to third parties who may not be part of the project team. The third parties will only have visibility to the assigned task and not the full project.

  • Track work completion status, proactively flag delays. Track cost and time budgets.

    Cost / Time Tracking Dashboard - Track budgeted and actual costs and time consumption for each project action.

    Issues Tracking Dashboard - Track pending and resolved issues for each action or task within a project.

  • Manage project documents

    Store project related document links attached to specific project actions.

    Access project documents allowing team members to create a project knowledge base.

  • Create and save best practices as project templates for easy deployment of new projects.

    Templates are built by defining tasks to be performed and inter-dependencies between tasks definining preceding and succeeding tasks.

    Launch new project selecting template.

  • Define lower level items under project templates.

    Define task durations, budgets, documents and a starting set of team members assigned to the template.

  • Calendar dashboard view.

    May be viewed for a specific project or for the entire customer program consisting of multiple projects.

    Color coded to flag task status. Flags schedule delays and issues.

  • Manage Issues.

    List pending and resolved issues.
